Empowering colleagues
  • Three of our graduate colleagues have secured a permanent role within our business.
  • Relaunched mandatory ED&I training and successfully had over 95% completion rate.
  • Our Accessibility & Wellbeing group successfully obtained an agreement from the business to invest in a Sensory Nook which is a versatile space for flexible inclusivity.
Establishing our Colleague-led Network groups

We established our five Colleague-led Network groups (CLNs) which are all sponsored by members of Vico Executive Team and supported by members of senior leadership team.

Partnerships

We partnered with Stonewall and became Diversity Champions. We also signed up to the HouseProud pledge, and have committed to working with Oke Eleazu, Director of Elevate Colour to increase inclusivity and representation of black and ethnic minorities in our workplace through the Elevate Programme.
