Residents at Hillside Court gathered to celebrate the completion of external roofing works and a VIP popped in to pay them a visit!
The event was a chance for customers to see the full transformation and share their experiences. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with residents saying they were 100% satisfied with the quality of the work, the care shown by the team, and the clear communication throughout the project.
To showcase the improvements, before-and-after photos were shared, along with a slideshow of homes across the scheme. Our customers loved seeing the difference these works have made to their homes and community.
Adding to the festive spirit, Father Christmas made a surprise appearance, bringing laughter, smiles, and gifts for everyone. Thanks to our contractors Astral Communications and RIM Scaffolding, the day also included delicious food, raffle prizes, and even new benches and bulb planting to brighten up the site.
Local resident Winifred said: "I just want to thank everyone for the fantastic work done for me and the other residents at Hillside Court. I have a disability and was worried about how the works would affect me, but I didn’t need to worry at all.
“I was kept informed every step of the way, and that really put me at ease. Thank you for your kindness and support throughout."
This celebration follows earlier engagement days where customer from a previous scheme shared their own experiences of works, helping others feel reassured and informed. These events show how much we value listening to our customers and learning from their feedback.
