We want to celebrate you, our involved customers, who give your time, energy and ideas to help improve your communities and our services.
Whether you’ve joined a residents’ group, taken part in a survey, monitored service quality, or helped organise a local event, your efforts matter. You’re helping us deliver better services, build stronger neighbourhoods, and make sure every voice is heard.
Like our Key Residents, who play a vital role in keeping a check on the performance of our grounds maintenance contract. By reporting on the quality of work using a simple digital form, you’re helping us keep your estates clean, safe and well cared for.
We’ve also introduced Customer Connect meetings so you can speak directly with our Landscapes Team, ask questions, and share feedback. Sometimes, all it takes is two minutes to fill in a form online, and that small action can make a big difference.
We also want to thank the many volunteers and community organisers who work hard behind the scenes. From planning and promotion to partnerships and funding, we’re proud to support you in bringing your ideas to life.
Your involvement helps us stay accountable, responsive and connected to the communities we serve. So today, we simply want to say: thank you!
