If you’re a Vico Homes customer receiving Universal Credit, you may get an email or phone call inviting you to take part in our Experiences of Universal Credit survey. The survey only takes about 10 minutes and will start on Monday 7 April 2025 and end on Friday 2 May 2025.
If you do get a phone call it will be from our research agency, Acuity Research and Practice, who are working on our behalf to gather your views on the scheme. When they call, they will let you know where they are calling from and ask you some questions. Your answers will be confidential, and we’ll use your feedback to understand the impact the scheme is having and how we can better support you in the future.
