Come along to one of our Customer Focus Groups to share your thoughts, tell us what’s working (and what’s not), and help shape the future of our digital services.
Even if you’ve never used your online account, we want to understand why - and what we can do to make it better, easier, and more accessible for everyone.
Your feedback will directly influence how we improve things moving forward. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy some refreshments during the session and receive a £30 Love2Shop voucher as a thank you for your time.
The sessions will take place at our office Merefield House in Castleford. Free parking is available, and if you need a lift, we’re happy to arrange a taxi to get you to and from the event.
