We're excited to share that WDH is now Vico Homes.
We’ve been working on reviewing our brand with customers, partners and our colleagues and believe that our name and brand change will make us an even stronger organisation.
Over the past 20 years as WDH, we have grown and we now provide homes across the north of England.
Building on these great foundations, our new brand is a positive step, aimed at opening more doors to partnerships, helping us to grow, invest and support more people in more places, and bringing more homes and improved services to our customers, wherever they live.
We’re happy to introduce you to our Bloom too, the symbol of Vico Homes. It stands for all the things that are important to us - the homes we provide, our customers and people, the positive direction we’re heading in, and our communities.
Along with our new name and brand, we’ve got a new business strategy and a set of plans that set our goals for the years ahead. Customers will still be our number one priority and, in the next three years, we’ve got lots to do! Here's just a few of the things we’re working on:
- Providing up to 1,500 new homes for the people who need them
- Upgrading over 2,000 new kitchens and bathrooms
- Improving the energy efficiency of our current homes
- Developing and regenerating key areas
The service we provide to our customers and communities won’t change, and if you’re a current customer you don’t need to do anything.
