Demand for our shared ownership homes is often higher than supply.  This First Come, First Served Policy shows how we will fairly and transparently allocate homes to possible, eligible customers, and follow the Homes England's Capital Funding Guide (HEs CFG).

 We will allocate homes, prioritised as follows:

  1. Priority groups listed in the Homes England's Capital Funding Guide, for example, Armed Forces personnel (serving military personnel and former members of the British Armed forces discharged in the last two years); then
  2. Local Authority priority groups / ‘eligible persons’ in terms of local connection. If a development has a local connection requirement, priority will be given to those who can show the required local connection over other applications received; then
  3. First Come, First Served basis. 

Homes are allocated in date order of full sign off by our panel of financial advisors. This will include a valid Agreement in Principle.
