Who can apply?

One applicant must be aged at least 55.
The homes are available for single people and couples.
Sorry, no cats or dogs are allowed.
As we’re a charity, if you’re aged under 60, a financial assessment will be needed.
Before you’re offered a home, each applicant will be individually assessed to ensure the home is the right fit for their needs.
The homes will be advertised and available for applications on the Vico Homesearch website and you’ll need to be a Homesearch member to apply.
