Wellbeing Coordinator

Our Wellbeing Coordinator is behind your referrals, calls and emails ready to support you every step of the way. If we ever need more details to better understand your needs, they’ll reach out to make sure you get the right help when you need it.

Wellbeing Caseworkers

You may work with one of our Wellbeing Caseworkers, who’ll work with you one-to-one through a focused, short-term programme. Together, you’ll explore your goals and take meaningful steps toward achieving them with expert guidance every step of the way.

Mental Health Navigator

Our Mental Health Navigator offers approachable, low-level mental health support through brief, one-to-one interventions. They'll work with you one-to-one to help improve your mental health. 

Wellbeing Team Leader

Our Team Leader plays a key role in guiding and supporting the wellbeing team. Creating a positive, connected and healthy environment where both our colleagues and your wellbeing can thrive.

Social prescribing support - Helping you feel and live better 

Social prescribing connects you to local, non-medical services that support your wellbeing through exercise groups, mental health resources, volunteering opportunities and advice on housing or finances. 

It's all about tackling the social and emotional things that affect your health, so you feel more connected, confident and in control. 

We provide one-tone social prescribing support for customers living in one of our homes.
