Our commitment
We’re committed to protecting the wellbeing of our customers and understand that everyone has the right to live safely, free from abuse, neglect and exploitation.
We also have a duty to report all instances of abuse or suspected abuse and work closely with our partner agencies such as the Police, local councils, health organisations and social care teams.
