Whether you pay weekly or monthly, your rent always covers the upcoming period - so if you pay in June, that's actually for July. It's the same with weekly payment: you're paying for the week ahead, which means your account stays in credit. 

Falling behind can leave to rent arrears and we don't want that for anyone. It can put your home at risk and our Income Management Team is here to help you avoid that.
