There is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Independent Living Team. We are looking for someone to provide high quality administrative support to the Independent Living Manager and employees within the team.
You will promote the service at all times ensuring high standard of Customer Care is achieved at all times in a manner consistent with the Customer experience plan.
What you’ll be doing
In this role you will act as a first point of contact for the Independent Living Team – answer phones, emails and deal with the office post. You will also monitor and allocate referrals for Independent Living assessments and communicate progress and outcomes to the Homesearch Team.
You will ensure that all legislative paperwork, purchase orders and invoices are dealt with in a timely manner and that an appropriate filing system is maintained. You will also be the first point of contact in respect of enquiries from customers, repairs operatives, suppliers and colleagues and will resolve these in a professional and responsible manner.
What we’re looking for
To join our Independent Living team, we're looking for somemone with:
- a qualification at level 2 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework;
- the ability to organise own workload and meet deadlines;
- the ability to maintain accurate record and summarise information to produce concise reports;
- knowledge and practical experience of using IT systems, including the Microsoft Office;
- experience of working within a customer focused environment and as part of team; and
- excellent communication skills and have the ability to use plain English effectively both verbally and written.
