You will provide administrative support for the Property Investment team at Vico Homes, which oversees reinvestment projects within our properties, including new kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, sustainability initiatives, and fire prevention works. Your role will encompass team administrative support, paperwork management, and assistance with meetings to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


In addition to these responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in facilitating meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, organising relevant documents, and managing all logistical aspects to ensure they run seamlessly and effectively.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate appropriate responses to various customer and contractor enquiries, focusing on resolving issues efficiently.
  • Attend meetings to support all workstreams as needed, ensuring accurate minutes are taken and comprehensive records are created for audit trails.
  • Assist the office/field-based workforce in completing all operational activities according to business requirements and corporate performance indicators.
  • Support office-based management teams and a field-based workforce completes all operational activities to meet the requirements of the business.
  • Collaborate with the team to solve problems and ensure services meet established standards.
  • Handle telephone enquiries and take detailed messages for colleagues, adhering to GDPR regulations. 

What we’re looking for 

  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office, and be proficient in data entry and accurate record keeping.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, be capable of working independently or collaboratively, and have a customer-focused mindset.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proactive approach to improving working practices are essential.
  • Additionally, you must be able to manage documentation to ensure compliance with legislation and respond effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
