At Vico Homes, we’re committed to driving innovation and excellence in everything we do. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Change Manager to join our team and lead initiatives that will shape the future of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing

As a Business Change Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and implementing change across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure that change initiatives are aligned with business objectives and are executed smoothly. You’ll lead on:

  • Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise colleague adoption and minimise resistance.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns and ensure their involvement and support throughout the change process.
  • Developing and delivering effective communication / change readiness plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Providing training and support to colleagues to help them adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Monitoring the progress of change initiatives and evaluating their impact on the organisation.

What we’re looking for 

  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in a Housing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, and challenge the status quo.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Change management / Business Analysis certification.
