If you want to be part of that then we have an exciting opportunity to join our Technology Enabled Care service, Care Link Supervisor.
As a Care Link Supervisor, you will work in our Telecare Service Centre, operate the latest calls handling system, leading a team of control assistants and support workers.
We are looking for applicants who have:
- a qualification at Level 3 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework;
- experience of working in a contact centre environment;
- have good computer / IT skills; and
- be experienced in supervising employees.
On a rotating shift pattern you will work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, taking part in an ‘on call’ out of ours rota. You must be able to drive and have a clean driving licence.
