What you’ll be doing
As an Estate Officer – Neighbourhoods, you will manage individual tenancy conditions, work towards improving the environmental quality of our neighbourhoods and build positive relationships with tenants, residents and partners within the area.

What we’re looking for
To join our Estates team, we’re looking for someone with:
- a qualification at Level 2 of the Regulated Qualification Framework;
- relevant and significant housing experience;
- the ability to solve complex problems to achieve positive outcomes;
- an understanding of the issues affecting individual Vico Homes tenants and the wider community;
- evidence of a customer focused approach to service users; and
- excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders and managers.
This post requires applicants to hold a current, valid UK driving licence with the ability to travel throughout the district on a daily basis. You will also need to be available to attend out of hours meetings, occasional Saturday working, participate in out of hours call out and emergency planning procedures.
