Kick-start your data science career at Vico Homes! Join us as a Graduate Data Scientist and play a key role in our digital transformation journey. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to pull together data that supports strategic and operational decisions, uncovering insights that help us serve our customers and colleagues better.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to gather and analyse data that supports strategic and operational decisions. You’ll help improve data quality, develop data models and visualisations, and support AI-driven initiatives that enhance the services we deliver to our customers and colleagues. You will be involved in:
- Identifying and fix data quality issues.
- Helping to develop data models, dashboards, and visualisations.
- Supporting AI-driven solutions and digital transformation projects.
- Analysing data to uncover trends and insights.
- Collaborating with teams to improve customer outcomes using data and AI.
- Communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What we’re looking for
- Recent graduate with a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Interest in AI and data-driven decision making.
- Good communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset.
