The Capital Team provide an integrated service which delivers planned improvements within our properties working in a safe, efficient and value for money service to our customers.
The team have their own workforce and utilise a variety of sub-contractors to meet the demands of the customer. Primarily team members are engaged in high volumes of properties across the district.
What you’ll be doing
To ensure we meet the demand of our customer and offer an exceptional service, you will:
- Team up with tradespeople to carryout, and associated construction tasks safely.
- Ensure good housekeeping, cleanliness, and tidiness is kept on the respective work stream.
- Completing tasks associated with snagging and finishing off properties once main works have been completed.
- Operate as a lone worker who will control and be responsible for contacting customers to arrange convenient appointments.
What we’re looking for
The Capital team are looking for someone to join our established team and work closely with existing tradespeople to complete high volumes of work.
We are looking for individuals who want to work for a great organisation, have the skillset to perform basic tasks associated with property Improvement. You need to be an energetic, driven and committed individual who can complete work safely whilst meeting operational and customer service performance targets.
