It is an exciting time for Vico Homes as we seek to deliver more affordable homes than ever before as the leading provider of affordable homes across the region. Our ambitious Future Homes Plan is to build over 1,500 affordable homes over the next 3 years and play our part in tackling the housing crisis and create places to be proud of.
This is your opportunity to have a key role in the delivery of Vico Homes’s vision for supporting New Build growth, as we seek to build vibrant communities and better futures for our customers.
What you’ll do:
We are looking for two people who will play a key in delivering this growth ambition, identifying new business opportunities, working in partnership with developers, housebuilders, land agents and consultants to bring forward land, Homes England grant funded opportunities, S106 opportunities and land and package deals.
What we’re looking for
To be considered for these roles you will have significant experience in identifying land and development opportunities, experience of the pre-contract process with good understanding of JCT contracts and Development Agreements as well as up-to-date knowledge of legislative planning frameworks, regulatory requirements and key issues relevant to new build development and Homes England funding programmes.
It is desirable that you have previous managerial experience and be highly ambitious with an appreciation of the challenges of delivering our business strategy and plans in a competitive landscape.
We are looking for candidates with the right skills, relevant experience in a multi-disciplinary environment and most importantly someone who has our values –
