We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to join our PMO team and lead strategic initiatives that will strengthen our ‘business foundations’ to ensure regulatory compliance, data accuracy and innovative, secure IT solutions. What you’ll do

As a Programme Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within our Business Foundations Programme. You will:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on Programme status and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager or similar role, particularly within the Housing or not for profit sector.
  • Previous experience of managing large scale transformation Programmes, particularly ERP implementations (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Previous experience of delivery Data / IT strategies.
  • Strong understanding of project / programme management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MSP, MoP).
