At Vico Homes, we’re the team working both behind the scenes and on the front lines—making sure every Vico home remains safe, well-maintained, and ready to support the people who live there.
We’re proud to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services that make a real difference. Whether it’s routine repairs, emergency callouts, fire safety improvements, or preparing empty properties for new residents, we act fast, work smart, and stay focused on excellence. Our reputation is built on skilled workmanship, quick response times, and a commitment to delivering services that truly support customers.
Every repair we complete has a direct impact on someone’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing. That’s why we take pride in what we do—helping turn Vico properties into places people are proud to call home.
What you’ll do
As Repairs Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering the kind of service customers deserve—reliable, safe, and done with care. You’ll take full responsibility for the void repairs process, managing each home from initial request to completion so it’s ready for a fresh start.
You’ll also lead our Fire Safety Repairs team, ensuring quick and effective completion of fire risk action repairs, and manage our Asbestos team, upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Working closely with colleagues, contractors, and partners, you’ll coordinate repairs operations, manage budgets, and drive high-quality service delivery aligned with Vico Homes' values:
- Caring – putting people first in everything we do
- Confident – making informed decisions with clarity and purpose
- United – working together across teams and services
- Ambitious – always looking for ways to improve and go further
Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll contribute to long-term strategies that improve service efficiency, strengthen customer satisfaction, and support our mission to change lives through the places people live.
