As our Social and Financial Inclusion team continues to grow, we’re expanding our reach and creating new opportunities to provide more help and support to individuals and communities. We’re now looking for a Skills and Inclusion Team Leader to join us at this exciting time and play a key role in delivering initiatives that make a real difference to people's lives.
This is a great opportunity to lead the development and implementation of innovative approaches to tackle social and digital exclusion. You'll support your team to empower customers, enhance life skills, promote digital access, and improve overall wellbeing and tenancy sustainment.

What you’ll do
As our Skills and Inclusion Team Leader, your will:
- Lead the team to develop and implement programmes that reduce social, digital, and financial exclusion for all our customers, including young people.
- Design and deliver initiatives that enhance life skills and support access to digital equipment for people across our communities.
- Manage the Digital Equipment Scheme to ensure it reaches those who need it most, including young people and those experiencing financial hardship.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to develop digital communication strategies that promote inclusion, employability, and wellbeing.
- Create performance reports and insights using internal systems to support continuous improvement and accountability.
- Regularly review programme delivery to ensure effectiveness, value for money, and positive outcomes for customers.
What you will bring
We’re looking for someone who:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and monitor team performance, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard.
- Understands the challenges of digital, financial and social exclusion and can lead practical solutions.
- Builds strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Communicates clearly and effectively across a range of channels and audiences.
- Able to use digital tools and platforms to deliver and promote services.
