Your new online account is now available and with this it will be easier than ever to manage your tenancy on the go. You can use your account to:

View your rent and service charges

Manage direct debits

Submit an enquiry or make a request

And it only takes five minutes to get started!
You’ll need to register for a new account as your old login details will no longer work. Don’t worry! It’s only a few steps and we have some instructions to help you:
1. You will need to visit My Account. Then you just need to click ‘register now’ underneath the login button to get started.
2. You’ll then be asked for a few details to register your new account. You will need to have this information handy:
- First name
- Surname
- E-mail address (this will become your username)
- Date of birth
- Tenancy reference number.
3. Once this is done you’ll receive an email with a link to take you to the final step. When you click the link you’ll be prompted to create a new password.
4. Now you can use your chosen email and new password to log in and manage your tenancy on the go!
