We’re proud to announce that we've scooped a national prize at the Housing Innovation Awards.
The Housing Digital Innovation Awards celebrate creativity, new technology and developmental excellence in social housing. These awards are considered a major benchmark for innovation in the sector, highlighting those who are making a real difference by doing things differently.
Our Income Management Team were shortlisted for two awards on the night, a fantastic achievement! The team were finalists in the Best use of AI or Automation category for their work with Enterprise RPA, introducing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) which has saved over 4,500 manual operating hours giving us more time with you, our customers.
The team were also recognised for their work with Housing Perks and took home the top prize in the Best Use of Technology by a Social Landlord category. Through Hosuing Perks the team have supported over 3,500 of you, helping you save a combined £30,000.
Our team supported the trial of the sector-first rent contributions feature which helped our customer apply £15,000 directly to rent accounts. Our work with Housing Perks has created a scalable, impactful solution that other housing providers can adopt to support communities and improve financial resilience.
