We’re proud to share that we won two awards at the Northern Housing Awards 2026, recognising the quality of our homes and the services we provide.
The Northern Housing Awards celebrate the very best housing organisations across the north of England.
The first win was for our Repairs Team, celebrating the speed, reliability and care our teams show when keeping your home safe, well maintained and comfortable. The judges highlighted strong satisfaction, quick emergency responses and good value for money, all things that matter when something needs fixing in your home.
We also won an award for resident support and wellbeing, recognising our work to help customers live safely, independently and with confidence. This includes early support with challenges, help to prevent problems escalating, and close working with partners to make sure customers get the right support at the right time.
Alongside our two wins, we were also shortlisted for three more awards recognising our work to deliver new affordable homes, improve digital services, and provide a positive customer experience during investment and improvement works. Together, this reflects our commitment to listening to you and continuously improving how we deliver our services.
These awards are a real testament to the dedication of our colleagues and our focus on putting you at the heart of everything we do. We’ll continue building on this success to deliver safe, affordable homes and services you can trust, now and in the future.
