We're a finalist for five awards at the Northern Housing Awards 2026.
The categories include Best Affordable Housing Development for an all-affordable development of 135 homes in Rawmarsh, Rotherham, and Best Repairs and Maintenance Service after scoring the best performing repairs service of any social landlord from an independent survey with more than 20,000 homes with a 97% satisfaction rate.
We've also been shortlisted in the Best Digital Transformation, Best Customer Experience and Best Resident Support/Wellbeing Initiative categories.

The Northern Housing Awards aims to shine a light on individuals and organisations that make it their mission to improve homes and communities in the north. The winners will be announced on Thursday 21 May 2026.
