We've been shortlisted for five national awards across two major housing award programmes, recognising excellence in tenant support, frontline services, innovation and emerging leadership.
The shortlisting spans the Housing Heroes Awards 2026 and the Women in Housing Awards 2026, highlighting the our commitment to putting people first, delivering high‑quality services and creating positive change for customers and communities.
Housing Heroes Awards
We're a finalist for three Housing Heroes Awards, which celebrate outstanding achievements across the housing sector.
Our Health and Wellbeing Team has been shortlisted for Best Company Health and Wellbeing Initiative, recognising an integrated, health‑led approach that embeds NHS mental health professionals and occupational therapists directly into housing services. The model focuses on prevention, early intervention and tenancy sustainment, helping residents live safely, independently and with confidence.
Our Repairs Team has been shortlisted for Team of the Year (over 10,000 homes), reflecting sector‑leading performance delivered at scale. The team’s work combines strong results with a customer‑first culture, treating every repair as a moment of trust and ensuring colleagues take ownership from first contact through to completion.
Colin Hardwicke has also been shortlisted for Tenant of the Year (Scotland and the North). Colin is recognised for his resilience, leadership and advocacy, using his lived experience to shape services, champion inclusion and strengthen tenant voice across communities.
Women in Housing Awards
We've also received two individual shortlists at the Women in Housing Awards, which celebrate women driving positive change across the sector.
Leanne Brown, Head of Health and Wellbeing, has been shortlisted for Innovator of the Year for her sector‑leading work tackling financial hardship and improving tenant wellbeing. Her work includes the development of innovative financial inclusion solutions that support customers to save money, reduce arrears and build long‑term resilience.
Eleanor Wainwright, Business Planning Officer, has been shortlisted for Housing Provider Woman of the Future, recognising an emerging leader already delivering significant organisational impact. Her work spans major digital transformation, improved customer communications and the development of customer‑focused policy and training.
