We're creating more than 150 affordable homes for families in Knottingley as part of a £30 million investment. The new development, off Hazel Road, will provide 151 affordable homes including 106 for affordable rent, 30 for shared ownership and 15 for Rent to Buy. Built by Miller Homes, the new houses will be a range of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes, all owned and managed by us.

We've secured grant funding from Homes England, the Government’s housing regeneration agency, to support the delivery of these new homes.
The development is expected to be completed in December 2028 with residents moving in shortly after.
