We’ve made some exciting updates to the way you get in touch with us to make things quicker, smoother and a lot less hassle. You may have noticed these helpful new tools that make it easier to get the answers you need.
Here’s what’s new:
A new system that lets you say what you need when you call
When you call us, you’ll be able to tell us why you’re calling straight away! Our new voice recognition system will then point you in the right direction, whether that’s giving you the information you need, putting you through to the payment line or someone in our Customer Experience Team.
Improved live chat
If you’ve used the chat on the Cash Wise website, you’ll know how handy it is. This upgraded version is now available in your online account too, so you can get quick answers to simple questions or chat to our team when you need a bit more help.
“Show us what you see” support
This one’s a gamechanger. With your permission, our team can use your phone, tablet or laptop camera to see the issue while you’re on a call with someone from our Customer Experience team. It helps us figure out what’s going on faster and means that, if we do need to send someone out, they’ll arrive with exactly what they need.
All of these improvements are about making your experience easier with shorter waits, quicker answers and a smoother journey from start to finish.
