You might get a call from Acuity Research, our trusted customer research partner, inviting you to take part and it should only take 10 minutes. If they ring, it’s the real deal and your feedback will help guide how we improve, invest and evolve.
We’re aiming to speak to over 2,500 customers and every conversation will help us build a clearer picture of what life is like in your home and community.
Your feedback helps us:
- Understand your overall experience including how satisfied you are with repairs, complaints handling and other key services.
- Hear from every corner of our community and make sure all voices are represented and treated fairly.
- Benchmark our performance so we know how we compare and where we can raise the bar.
- Drive improvements and track progress over time.
- Meet the Regulator of Social Housing standards by ensuring transparency, accountability and giving you the tools to scrutinise how we’re doing.
- All responses are confidential and your feedback will be anonymous unless you choose to share your name.
What happens next?
Once the survey closes, Acuity Research will analyse the results and we’ll publish the findings on our website for everyone to read. You’ll be able to read the full results and how we plan to continue to improve based on your feedback.
