How to apply
You can check your eligibility for Discount Market Sale homes on the website of the Local Authority where the home is located.
You will need to complete the Local Authority's affordable home ownership application form. This form can usually be found on their website.
Once you have recieved confirmation from the Local Authority that you are able to proceed with a Discounted Market Sale home purchase, you should contact Metro Finance. They will confirm you eligibility and send us an Home Eligibility Check (HEC) confirmation.
Once we recieve the HEC confirmation we can then offer you a viewing of your chosen home.
