Once you have received confirmation from the Local Authority that you are able to proceed with a Discounted Market Sale home purchase, we will contact signpost you to Metro Finance. They will confirm your eligibility and send us an Home Eligibility Check (HEC) confirmation.
Once we recieve the HEC confirmation we can then offer you a viewing of your chosen home.
