Sometimes we need someone to talk to about how we're feeling.

It can be difficult to cope but there are people out there who can help you.Below is a list of national resources that might be able to support you when you need it.

They're trained to listen and could help you work through how you currently feel. There are options of how you can reach out to them.

You might prefer to text instead of talking over the phone. The list is based on the one used by the charity Mind.
