Our mission in the Change Team is to help transform Vico Homes into a forward thinking, data driven organisation, one that uses customer insight and smart decision making to build vibrant communities and deliver better futures.
Your support will be key to keeping projects moving, helping teams stay aligned, and ensuring we meet our goals with confidence and clarity.
In this role, you’ll help keep things on track by coordinating meetings, managing information, and making sure communication flows effortlessly across our programmes and projects.
What you’ll do
Keeping Things Organised by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing key discussion points so everyone stays on the same page. Making sure information is easy to find, up-to-date, and shared with the right people. Keeping track of timelines and deliverables to help projects stay on schedule.
Supporting Project Visibility by sharing information to show how things are progressing, updating dashboards and logs to highlight risks, issues, and resources. Keeping an eye on budgets and help spot any variances early.
Making Tools Work for Us by setting up and maintaining project tools. Creating templates that make planning and reporting easier for everyone. Documenting and reviewing processes and look for ways to improve efficiency.
Helping Us Stay on Track by maintaining checklists and audit trails to support quality and compliance. Keeping change control records up to date and ensure we’re meeting standards like GDPR and ISO. Capturing lessons learned so we can keep improving.
Supporting the Team by preparing onboarding materials to help new team members settle in quickly. Sharing updates through news articles or internal comms. Collecting feedback and help coordinate training sessions.
What we’re looking for
To join our Change team, we’re looking for someone with:
- a qualification at Level 2 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework;
- experience of processing data to a high standard and the ability to co-ordinate, interpret and present information in a logical format both written and verbally;
- the ability to produce high quality work which meets the appropriate departmental and corporate standard;
