Are you ready to lead a small team and make a real impact?
We’re looking for an Assistant Team Leader to support our12 month paid placement programmes designed to support personal growth, employability, and long-term career prospects.
You will motivate and manage a team of employees on fixed-term contracts, guiding them to deliver high-quality environmental works on our estates including fencing, groundworks, grounds maintenance, cleaning and caretaking.
Your leadership will be key to ensuring targets are met safely and efficiently, while providing practical support and coaching to help participants overcome challenges and build the skills they need for sustained employment success.
What we’re looking for
- experience of completing environmental installation works including fencing and groundworks;
- significant experience working in a customer facing environments;
- ability to supervise, coach and mentor a team;
- a qualification at Level 3 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework; and
- experience of providing support and guidance, helping others develop their skills and confidence.
