The Opportunity:

As a Business Analyst at Vico Homes, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for operational improvement, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving data-informed decision-making. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyse business processes, gather requirements, and deliver actionable insights that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Analyse current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
  • Develop business cases, process maps, and documentation to support change initiatives.
  • Support project delivery by ensuring solutions align with business goals and user needs.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and performance metrics.
  • Work with IT and development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
  • Assist in change management activities including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

What we’re looking for

To join our PMO team, we’re looking for someone with:

  • proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within housing, construction, or public sector environments;
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
  • proficiency in business tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Power platform, M365 tools); and
  • familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
