The Opportunity:
As a Business Analyst at Vico Homes, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for operational improvement, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving data-informed decision-making. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyse business processes, gather requirements, and deliver actionable insights that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Analyse current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
- Develop business cases, process maps, and documentation to support change initiatives.
- Support project delivery by ensuring solutions align with business goals and user needs.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and performance metrics.
- Work with IT and development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
- Assist in change management activities including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
What we’re looking for
To join our PMO team, we’re looking for someone with:
- proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within housing, construction, or public sector environments;
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- proficiency in business tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Power platform, M365 tools); and
- familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
