We’re looking for a strategic and passionate Head of Learning and Development to lead all our learning and development activity under our new Vico Academy.

The Role

As the Head of Learning and Development, you’ll be a key member of the People and Culture management team. With a newly appointed Executive Director and an updated people and culture strategy, this is an exciting time to help us to deliver on our ambitious growth plans. You’ll collaborate with leaders and teams across the organisation to create inclusive, impactful learning experiences that foster growth, resilience and deliver high performance. 

We are looking for candidates with the right skills, relevant experience and energy to support us with our ambitious growth strategy and who can live our Vico values:

  • Ambitious in our aim of delivering 10,000 new homes and ambitious for all our colleagues
