HR Recruitment Manager

Are you an experienced  Recruiter looking to make a difference?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity as we are looking for a someone to join our HR Team as the HR Recruitment Manager on a temporary basis, where you will provide a high-quality end to end recruitment service to meet the changing needs of the business and the external market. 

This is a varied role where you’ll get the opportunity to work with a range of internal and external partners to manage and develop recruitment and selection at Vico Homes. Including the development of our online recruitment offering and ensuring a full and robust on-boarding process is maintained.

The right candidate will be an experienced leader, with the ability to work proactively with managers across the business to identify current and future workforce needs. You will also advise hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation methods and ensure that recruitment and selection decisions are taken in line with relevant employment and equalities legislation. Therefore, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
