It’s an exciting time for Vico Homes.  To support our tenants to tackle today’s increasing challenges, we are investing in our debt service and growing our award-winning Income Management Team.

Being part of the Income Management Team is more than just collecting debt.  It’s about seeing the bigger picture, being out in the community, working flexibly to meet the needs of our tenants.

What We’re Looking For

We want to hear from people who are:

  • a qualification at Level 2 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework in Maths and English, such as GCSEs (at grades A-C/9-4), Award, Certificate or Diploma at level 2 or equivalent;
  • proven track record of delivering and achieving performance targets;
  • experience of delivering customer focused services in a variety of settings;
  • an understanding and knowledge of welfare benefits or willingness to learn;
  • experience in a debt, welfare or finance related field; and
  • excellent communicator; to use plain language effectively, both verbal and written.

This post also requires applicants to hold a current, valid UK driving licence with the ability to travel throughout the district and you will be required to work out of normal hours which evening (1 per week) and weekend working on a rota basis to meet the needs of the customers and the business.
