We have an exciting opportunity to join our Independent Living team in a new role: Retirement Living Co-ordinator.
Our Retirement Living service is an exciting new addition to our Independent Living portfolio, offering luxury living for customers aged 55 and over. Our service offers peace of mind by supporting customers to remain independent whilst knowing their home is a safe, well-maintained environment and providing reassurance that help is at hand if needed.
What you'll do
As our Retirement Living Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and external partners, ensuring the scheme runs smoothly and safely. You will support day to day activities, encouraging community engagement, and maintain high standards throughout the building and grounds.
Your role is key to supporting customers to build a sociable, inclusive community they’re proud to call home.
What we’re looking for
This opportunity is ideal for someone who:
- Is dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
- Shows attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
- Has experience and understanding of health and safety compliance in a residential setting.
- Is self-motivated, organised and proactive.
- Has a passion for inclusion and community engagement.
