Our investment plans include installing 3,271 new kitchens, over 1,500 new roofs, 5,730 new boilers and new walkways and boundaries for hundreds of homes. But how do we decide where this money’s being spent?
We run regular improvement programmes to maintain our homes and invest in renewable energy and energy efficiency. Through our annual review and our stock condition survey, we have a good idea of where and when we need to make updates to our homes.
The information from the review and survey helps us to decide our investment priorities and we keep an asset register so we can see the age of each part of our homes. Using this information, we can plan ahead to use our resources wisely and make sure that our homes continue to meet your needs.
