We’re committed to keeping your home safe, comfortable, and in good condition.
That means meeting the Regulator of Social Housing’s Safety and Quality Standards and making improvements before things break or wear out. We run regular improvement programmes to maintain our homes and invest in renewable energy and energy efficiency.
With support from the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, we aim for all our homes to reach at least an EPC rating of C by 2030.

Our Investment Plans
A home is more than four walls and a roof. It should be a safe place. A place to start things. A place to invest in.
Over the next three years, we’re aiming to improve thousands of homes across our communities through our Investment Plan.
You don’t need to do anything and there’s no need to contact us! If in the next 12 months your home is going to be part of our planned investment works, we’ll be in touch by letter to let you know. We’ll always keep you up to date and let you know about any work that we’ll be doing on your home.
