    Through the independent survey, we know where to focus our efforts, such as roofing, external walls, regeneration projects, environmental improvements, and making sure all homes reach at least EPC band C for energy efficiency.

  • Asset Register

    Since 2005, we’ve kept detailed records of every part of our homes. This helps us plan when components (like kitchens, bathrooms, or roofs) are due for replacement.

  • Reinvestment Programme

    Using all the information listed, we run a rolling programme of updates. This ensures standards are maintained and that we invest at the right time, based on the expected lifespan of each part of the home.
