Our procurement process is both open and transparent. Suppliers who have tendered for our business opportunities can always contact us to obtain feedback on their performance.

Tender Portal
We use an electronic tendering and bidding system called ProActis Source 2 Contract (S2C). This is an established system which suppliers may already be registered with to receive email alert notifications of relevant business opportunities and to bid on those opportunities. S2C helps suppliers to not only identify opportunities with Vico Homes and similar organisations but makes responding easier and less costly as the tendering processes is undertaken electronically.
If you have not already done so we advise suppliers to register Proactis - Supplier Network
